1 c cooked green beans
1 c cooked carrot sticks
1 c celery
1/4 c French dressing
1 c cooked beef or ham
2 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 T horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate and chill green beans, carrots and celery in French dressing 1-2 hours. Shred lettuce, arrange drained vegetables, meat and eggs to decorate. Place bowl of mayonnaise in center.
