1 bunch celery
Nippy spreading cheese
1T unflavored gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1 1/2 c hot water
1/2 c sugar
2 c ground raw cranberries
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 c orange group

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff celery stalks with cheese; press stalks together like original stalk; tie to hold firm, chill. Cut crosswise in 1/4 inch slices.soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in hot water. Add sugar, cranberries, orange peel and juice. Place 1 T gelatin mixture in individual molds; chill till firm. Place 1 celery pinwheel slice in each mold. add remaining gelatin mixture. Chill till firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce; serve with mayonnaise and extra pinwheels.
