Directions:
Many variation but its all good!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare a package of fresh cranberries to sauce as directed(boil cranberries in suggested water and sugar).
Take 1 or 2 (if you want a walk on the wild side) bulbs of garlic, cut off the root bottom and wrap in tin foil. Place on cookie tray and put in oven. Cook for about 15 minutes. Place a round of brie cheese on cookie sheet and continue to cook in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until brie is melted in center (garlic should be soft). Take garlic out of skin and mash garlic onto serving plate. Place cheese on plate along with a bowl of cranberry sauce. Serve with sliced sourdough bagette or crackers. Bagette is assembled with some cheese, garlic and cranberry sauce.
This is great with cheese wrapped in Phyllo pastry and baked too.
