2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 jars Junior baby food carrots
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp. each of baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salad oil and vanilla. Add carrots and blend. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift in gradually flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add nuts. Bake in ungreased round springform pan for one hour at 350. Check with toothpick.
