6 c. chopped potato
2 c. water
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 t. salt
Pepper to taste
Fried bacon bits (optional garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except milk, flour & cheese. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Combine milk & flour in a separate bowl & mix thoroughly. Add milk-flour mixture to veggies. Cook until thick. Add cheese, remove from heat & stir until melted.
