2 lb frozen hash brown, thawed
1 c diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb carton sour cream
8 oz cheese, grated
1 stick butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order listed. Bake in 9x13 inch greased pan. Cover with crushed potato chips or cornflakes. Bake 1 hour at 350
