6 baking potatoes, baked until tender
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp chives
Salt and Pepper
1/3 c blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out potatoes, leaving a shell 1/2 inch thick. Mash potatoes and mix with sour cream, chives, blue cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Use mixture to stuff potato shells. Bake in a 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
