2 c sugar
1 c water
2 apples, pared and cubed
1 lb cleaned cranberries
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick cinnamon
1 T grated orange rind
2 tsp grated lemon
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stir, remove from heat. Add apples, cranberries, salt, cinnamon. Heat 10-15 minutes; stir in orange and lemon rinds. Serve hot. May be chilled and reheated.
