1 1/2 c raisins
1 c cream,soured
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cover raisins with water and simmer five minutes. Add cream that has been soured with a teaspoon of lemon juice. Cook all ingredients until thick and put in baked pastry shell. Make a meringue with egg whites and cover. Bake until lightly browned.
