1 gallon fat free vanilla ice cream
2 cups reduced fat chunky peanut butter
1 small package sugar-free chocolate Jello instant pudding
1 small container fat free Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let ice cream soften
2. Mix ice cream, peanut butter, pudding mix, and Cool Whip in a large bowl until well blended
3. Transfer mixture into a 9x13 baking pan
4. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes

Cut into 12 squares and serve.
