1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup long-grain rice
3/4 cup Orzo
3 cups boiling water
3 chicken bouillons
salt & pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In large skillter melt butter. Add onion, rice and Orzo, saute until rice and Orzo is lightly browned. Stirring constantly.

Add the chicken boullon to the water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir until boullon is disolved. Add to the rice mixture in skillet. Simmer slowly covered for 25 minutes. (Do not remove cover.)

Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
