3 c rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
6 tbsp cream or canned milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9' pie crust. Top with pie crust and bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes.
