Fresh mushrooms (1/2 lb. per person)
Small onion, chopped
Bacon, sliced in small slices

Directions:
Directions:
Soak mushrooms in cold water for 5 minutes. Rinse will and drain.

Fry bacon in skillet to season the pan. Remove from heat, drain bacon drippings leaving the bacon bits in skillet and enought drippings to saute the mushrooms.

Place skillet back on head, add mushrooms and onion. Add pepper (no salt). Saute until tender.
