Orange Sauce:
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 1/2 c sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 c orange juice
1 T lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 orange

Crepes:
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 c Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in sugar, gradually add juices, stirring constantly. Add orange rind, mix well. bring to a boil; simmer about 5 minutes.

Crepes:
Combine eggs and milk. Add pancake mix; beat with wire whisk or rotary beater until smooth. Put small amount of butter in small frying pan; heat until butter bubbles. Pour in about 1 T batter; immediatly tilt pan to coat bottom evenly with a thin layer. Bake until delicately browned on underside. Turn and bake on other side. Fold in quarters; serve with hot orange sauce. Makes 15 crepes.
