1 c Taylor's vacuum pack Sweet Potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish (or more if you like)
Chopped green onion (a little bit)

Dressing:
Mayonnaise and Durkees
Salt (to taste)
Onion salt (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes. I use an old fashioned potato masher) (Fine but not smooth). Mix with chopped hard boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish and green onion. Add dressing, using a little more mayonnaise than Durkees Dressing (to your taste). Season with salt, a little onion salt and a little garlic salt. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Put green onions on top.
