1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 c parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
Dash of paprika
2 T cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Make dough of flour and butter. Add cheese and water. Mix, as for pastry. Roll between wax paper and cut into small pieces. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
