1 pkg white cake mix

Frosting:
1 8-oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 c milk
1 13-oz container Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (drained well)
Coconut flaked

Or replace pineapple with well drained mandarin oranges (2 cans)

Directions:

Prepare white cake mix per pkg instructions. Mix frosting ingredients together, minus the coconut and frost the cake. You can make the cake in a 9 x 13 pan or layers. Use the frosting for the filling and frosting on a layer cake. Top the frosting with the flaked coconut.
