5 lbs Red Potatoes
2 cups Diced Celery
2 cups Green Pepper
1 cup Green Onion
10 Boiled Eggs (cooled and diced)
3/4 qt Hellman's Mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till tender. Peel and cube potatoes, let the potatoes cool. Boil eggs, let cool, then dice.
Dice 2 cups of celery. Dice 2 cups of green pepper. Slice 1 cup of green onion.

Once potatoes and eggs are cool, assemble in a bowl, add 3/4 quart of mayonaise. Mix well. Cool and Serve.
