6 med Cucumbers
1 pint Sour Cream
2 tbsp Sugar
Salt
Black Pepper
Dill Weed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice cucumber. Put sliced cucumbers in a bowl. Salt sliced cucumbers and let stand. Squeeze cucumber to remove liquid a few times.

Put cucumbers in bowl, add (1 pint sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp sugar) and mix. Sprinkle black pepper and dill on top. Chill before serving.
