4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
4 c. thinly sliced ham
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 or 1 c. heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam in a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Layer the potatoes, ham and cheese ending with a layer of cheese. Add the cream. Bake at 375, cover for one hour, uncover and bake 12 minutes more or until is golden brown.
