4 heads bibb lettuce
3/4 c. pecan halves, toasted
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce, pecan and strawberries in a bowl.
Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, onion, mustard, and water in a blender. Toss just before serving.
Note: To toast pecans, I put 2 tbsp. butter in a saucepan, melt and add pecans. Constantly stir the pecans in the pan for about 3-4 minutes until toasted. Note: I make the dressing in advance and refrigerate until time to use. Serves 8
