6-8 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless and skinless)
1 c tomato soup
1 c tomato paste
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
fresh chives
1 c cheddar/jack cheese (shredded)
1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 baking pan, lay out the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs. Mix together the soup, tomato paste, seasonings and cheddar/jack cheese. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
