1 lb boneless & skinless chicken breasts (cut in strips)
1/3 c corn starch
1/4 c margarine
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c sliced green onions
2 c chicken broth
3/4 c white wine
1 c sliced mushrooms
3 tomatoes, cut in eights
3 or 4 c cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in cornstarch. Brown coated chicken in margarine. Stir in seasonings and onion. Cook few minutes longer. Add broth and wine. Cover; simmer at least 10 minutes. Gently siir in mushrooms and tomatoes. Cover. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
