1 box famous chocolate cookies
1/4 c butter
6 egg yolks
1 c sugar
1/2 c light rum
1/2 c cold water
1 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Crush cookies, melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press into 2 buttered 10" pie tins. Reserve some crumbs for top.

Filling:
Beat yolks. Slowly add sugar. When well blended, add rum. Combine water and gelatin. Bring to boil. Cool slightly. Add to egg mixture. Whip cream. Combine all thoroughly. Pour into pie shells. Sprinkle with crumbs. Chill.
