1 pound sweet potatoes
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Sweet pickle relish to taste
2 small green onions (chopped)
Best Foods Mayonnaise
Durkee's Dresing
Onion powder
Celery powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes with skins on. Cool, peel. Put through potato ricer or mash. Mix together, mayonnaise, Durkees, celery, eggs, pickle relish, green onions, onion powder and celery powder. Add potatoes and mix. Use enough mayonnaise to moisten. Helmans or Best Foods gives the best flavor.
