1/2 c Karo syrup
1 1/3 c sugar
1 c margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, bring to a boil and cook until caramel colored (10-15 minutes). Pour over 5 quarts (large pan) popped corn and mix well.
