CHEESE LAYER:
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla



SOUR CREAM LAYER:
1 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla




CRUST:
Graham Cracker Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place the graham cracker crust on the bottom of the pan.

To prepare the cream cheese layer, place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Slowly mix in the sugar, then add one egg at a time, beating the mixture well after each. Add the vanilla. Pack the mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Then let it cool.

To prepare the sour cream layer, mix well the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and pour it over the cooled cream cheese mixture. Bake at 475 for 10 minutes.

Use a spring form pan! IMPORTANT: When you put the cake in the oven, put it on a cookie sheet. After the cheesecake has cooled, you may cover with any topping desired, such as blueberry or cherry.
