Meat Loaf Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup

MIx meat, eggs, onions, salt, pepper, garlic salt, ketchup and milk. Mix well and add cracker crumbs until mixture can be formed into a ball. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Mix brown sugar and 1 c. ketchup and pour over meatloaf approximately 15 minutes before done.
