1 lb ground beef
3 slices of bread (torn in pieces)
1 c milk
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c minced onion
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix all above ingredients thoroughly...Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot or cold

This was Grandma Durkin's recipe and she used to say if there were left overs, it would make great lunch sandwiches. Of course, there were never any left overs in her house.
