5 c. sliced peaches, do not drain
2 - 4 tbsp sugar
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in a 2 quart baking dish. Stir in sugar.

For topping, in a mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, flour and nutmeg/cinnamon. Cut in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over filling.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes till topping is golden. If desired, serve warm with ice cream.
