2 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. tsp baking soda
1 6-ounce bag of chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Greasea 13x9 baking pan and set aside. In a medium saucepan, heat brown sugar and butter over medium heat till sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Spread batter in baking pan and sprinkle chips and nuts on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes or till done.
