4 c orange juice
1 - 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
3 c orange juice
1 6-oz box strawberry sugar-free jello
2 tbsp plain or flavored gelatin
2-3 stalks celery, chopped fine
10 large sweet apples, peeled & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In blender process 4 c orange juice and 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries. Heat additional 3 c orange juice to boiling. Sprinkle over 1 cup cold orange juice, a 6-oz box strawberry sugar-free jello and 2 tbsp plain or flavored gelatin. Allow to soften 3-5 minutes. Stir into boiling juice. Remove from heat. Add cranberries. When cool add 2-3 stalks chopped celery and peeled & chopped apples.

To mold, use 1/2 c less juice. Serve with cottage cheese. The box of jello may be substituted with 2 tbsp plain gelatin.
Hint: Try sweet apples like yellow delicious for extra sweetness in salads.
