4 large green peppers
1 box of spanish rice
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spanish rice from the directions on the box. Cook the hamburger separately(if you desire to add it) add the chopped up onions to the cooked hamburger mix it with rice in a large bowl. Cut out the very top of the peppers and scoop out the stuff in the middle fill the peppers with the rice mix and bake @350 for 40-45 minutes or until peppers are tender
