1 small head cabbage, finely shredded (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 small carrot, shredded
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine vegetables; toss well, and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently.
Makes 6-8 servings.
