1 (20.5 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 (16 oz.) can diced peaches, drained
1 (16 oz.) can diced pears, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2-3 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and save 1 c. juice, set aside. Combine reserved juice, sugar and flour in a small saucepan, mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thick. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually stir about 1/4 of hot mixture with yolks, add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cool. Add remaining ingredients, except bananas to custard and mix well. Chill. Just before serving, slice bananas and add to custard, mixing well.
Serves 8-10
