1 - 8 oz package Neufcatel Cheese softened
2 - 8 oz cartons vanilla low fat yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese @ medium speed of mixer until fluffy; add yogurt & lemon juice & beat until smooth. Stir in pineapple, coconut, orange peel. Cover & chill throughly. Serve with fresh fruit.
