2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c butter, cut into small pieces
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 unbeaten egg yolks
1 c milk
2 beaten egg whites
1 c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven @ 350 degrees
Sift flour & sugar; cut in butter. Reserve 3/4 c of mixture for topping. Add to rest of flour, sugar, butter mixture, teh next 4 ingredietns. Beat 3 minutes. In serparate bowl beat egg whites unitl stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into batter. Pour into greased & flored pan (12"x8"x2"). Arrange blueberries over batter. Sprinkle resrved crumb mixture over top.
Bake 30-40 minutes
