1 Onion, sliced or chopped
1 lb. Hamburger
3 or 4 stems celery (chopped)
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Rice (uncooked) or 1 pkg. noodles (uncooked)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Brown onion in skillet. Add hamburger and fry. Add water and celery, simmer 5 or minutes or more. Place in casserole dish and mix with the rice or noodles, chick and mushroom soup. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Less time if made with noodles. You may need to add more liquid during baking. Check about 45 minutes into bake time
