1/2 cup Teriyake sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 lbs. Sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 cup salted peanuts
4 scallions, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1 cup fresh pea pods.

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the teriyake sauce, cornstarch, crushed red pepper and ginger. Add the steak and toss to coat.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over high heat. Add the steak mixture, pea pods and cook for 5 to 7 mins. or until the steak is cooked through, stirring constantly. Add the sprouts and heat thoroughly.
3. Sprinkle with the peanuts and scaillions, and serve.
