2 cups flour
2 Tbs sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cut in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk, stirring just enough to moisten (May need a touch more milk if dry). Spread dough in a greased 8x8 inch pan. Lightly sprinkle sugar over dough. Bake at 450 for 15 to 18 minutes
