1 to 2 lbs. small cooked shrimp (salad shrimp)
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole kernel corn with the juice
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. Half & Half
season to taste (I use Creole seasoning.)

Saute the onions in the butter for approximately 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, all of the soups and the corn.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Add Half & Half. Season the way you want.

I usually double this and also use crawfish. (Make sure you buy the deveined.)
If you use crawfish, saute the crawfish with the onions. Also, it is really good if you add some lump crab meat. The Half and Half can be increased or decreased according to the consistency you prefer.
