1 Can Cream of Potato Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Cup Milk
1 (8oz) Carton sour Cream
1 Pkg. (2 lb.) frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (thawed)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine soups, milk and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add potatoes, salt and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly. Put mixture into 9 x13 inch pan. Bake Covered about 1 1/2 hrs. Sprinkle top with cheese during last 30 minutes.
