1 Can Cream of Potato Soup 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup 1 Cup Milk 1 (8oz) Carton sour Cream 1 Pkg. (2 lb.) frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (thawed) Salt and Pepper to Taste Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350º Combine soups, milk and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add potatoes, salt and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly. Put mixture into 9 x13 inch pan. Bake Covered about 1 1/2 hrs. Sprinkle top with cheese during last 30 minutes.
