3 Cups flour
1 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 Eggs
2 Cup Sugar
1 1/3 Cup Oil
1 1/2 Cup ripe mashed bananas
1 Cup coconut
1 Cup chopped walnuts
1/2 Cup buttermilk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 until done. Test with toothpick.
