1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Colby cheese, grated
Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. ham, julienne
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1/8 c. butter
4 large croissants

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice croissants lengthwise and place cut side down in skillet for one minute, then remove from pan.
Saute chopped onion and pepper in skillet until onion is almost transparent. More butter may be added if necessary. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another minute on low heat. Then add ham and Swiss cheese and cook for another minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and sprinkle mixture with Colby cheese. Top with blue cheese to taste. Spread mixture on croissants halves. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
