4 c chopped broccoli flowerets
4 c chopped cauliflower
2 c rice
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing--get the original & mix with mayo and buttermilk
2 c tiny shrimp or chop the larger ones

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice until done. Mix veggies, Rice and shrimp and pour dressing onto veggies. Make it about 6-8 hours before serving
