Crust:
1/2 c plus 2 tbsp butter
5 oz salted pretzels, crushed fine (11/4 c)
1/2 c sugar
Filling:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp tequila
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp triple sec
1 drop green food color
2 1/2 c whipping cream

Directions:

Geniously grease a 9" pie pan. Melt butter in a medium size saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in pretzel crumbs and sugar until well blended. Press mixture firmly over bottom and up sides of pan forming a rim above edge of plate. Place in freezer to firm while making filling. Mix milk, lime juice, tequila, triple sec and food coloring in bowl. In a large bowl beat whip cream. Gradually fold in milk mixture until blended. Pour in crust and freeze uncovered at least 6 hours. Wrap airtight and freeze at least 2 hours. Can use 9 oz cool whip in place of whip cream.
