2# beef chuck roast cut in cubes
2 (10 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 cup sherry.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Combine above in casserole. Add small can sliced mushrooms if desired. Bake covered. Serve with noodles or rice. Bake 2 hrs
