3 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
butter
2 pkg ( 8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 c sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bottom and side of a buttered 9' pie plate with graham cracker crumbs.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, the 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth and thick. Pour into prepared pie plate.
Bake in a moderate oven 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.
Combine sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla in a small bowl; blend well. Pour over top of cooled cheese pie. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. sprinkle with toasted almonds; cool. Chill before serving.
