1/2 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon, divided
1/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (81/2 oz) pear halves, drained and diced
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Sift into a large mixing bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 3/4 tsp cinnamon. Add butter, evaporated milk and 1 egg; beat with electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in drained pears. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch baking pan. In a small bowl, lightly beat remaining egg; add sour cream and blend well. Spread over top of batter. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and walnuts; sprinkle over sour cream layer. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack
