2 lb. stew beef stew
2 onions sliced
2 carrots (chunks)
4 to 5 potatoes (chunks)
1 can mushroms (if liked)
2 tsp. salt
2 T. tapioca
2 T. sugar
1 to 2 small cans tomatoe juice
1 green pepper

Directions:

Place ingredients in casserole in order given. Cover tightly & bake for 4 hours @ 300. I also use the crockpot for all day long.
